Terms and Conditions

By booking a boat rental or any related service with us, you agree to the terms set out on this page. A reservation is considered confirmed once availability has been acknowledged and any requested deposit has been received; until then, dates and boats remain subject to change. Prices are quoted for the outing described at the time of booking, and any additional requests, extended hours, or optional arrangements may adjust the final amount, which will always be communicated clearly before your departure. Guests are responsible for providing accurate details regarding group size, timing, and special requirements so that we can prepare the most suitable boat and route.

Because every outing takes place on open water, safety and the conditions of the sea take priority over every other consideration. Our captains retain full authority over the vessel and may shorten, delay, reroute, or cancel a trip when weather, sea state, or safety concerns require it; in the event of a cancellation caused by conditions on our side, we will offer a suitable alternative date or an appropriate refund. Guests agree to follow all reasonable instructions from the captain and crew, to supervise children at all times, and to behave in a manner that does not endanger themselves, other passengers, the vessel, or the marine environment. The consumption of alcohol, where offered, must remain moderate and responsible.

Any damage to the boat or its equipment caused by negligence or misuse may be charged to the person who made the booking, and we accept no liability for the loss of personal belongings brought aboard. We ask that guests respect the coastline, marine life, and protected areas visited during the trip, taking all litter with them and avoiding any harm to natural surroundings. Cancellations made by guests are subject to the notice periods communicated at the time of booking, and late arrivals may reduce the available time on the water without a corresponding reduction in price. We may update these terms from time to time, and the version in force at the moment of your booking will apply to your outing.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Italy, and any matter arising from them will be handled in good faith with a commitment to fair and reasonable resolution.
